Donation Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

Established in 2005, the Shihan School of Survival, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization whose mission is to foster health, safety, discipline, focus, self-respect, and the respect for others. The Shihan School of Survival, Inc. will show artistic expression as well as a path towards building our youth’s self-esteem and character in hopes of building a stronger community. Our program includes a state-wide martial arts demonstration and competition team, after school programs, summer camps, boys and girls gender specific programs, and local community productions.

At Shihan School of Survival, Inc. we take pride in providing programs to our youth which will give them the mindset to pursue their academic achievements giving them a head start with their future careers. One such program is our Physical Fitness and Healthy Habits program, which focuses on ways to prevent obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other ailments plaguing our youth as a result of poor eating habits and sedentary lifestyle choices.

It is our hope that your organization can help us fulfill our goal by contributing monetary donations to Shihan School of Survival, Inc. These donations will help provide safety equipment for classes, competitions, and demonstrations and also help with expenses associated with these competitions and demonstrations (i.e. entrance fees and travel expenses). Because we are a non-profit, 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization, all of your donations are tax deductable and will be greatly appreciated by our staff, children, and families. We would like to thank you in advance for any donations to our youth programs. Your donation will help our organization continue its mission of helping youth strive for excellence and maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle.
